COX Internet

We are prepared for a digital learning environment for your student(s).  We’ve partnered with Cox to connect students that do not have an internet connection at home through their Connect2Compete program.  This program will ensure your student(s) can continue learning at home.

The Cox Connect2Compete program is available to families who:
  • have at least one child that attends Renaissance Academy Tucson,
  • participate in one of these government subsidy programs: SNAP, TANF or Public Housing
  • are not a current Cox customer

If your household meets these criteria, you may qualify for discounted home internet service from Cox for just $9.95 per month. For a limited time for eligible customers, Cox is offering the first month free and access to a free month of remote helpdesk support to provide peace of mind and easy access to new technology.

There are no deposits or annual contracts with Connect2Compete, and installation with in-home wifi equipment is included at no additional charge. Cox is also working with PCs for People to provide discounted, refurbished computers for eligible families.

Find out if you qualify by visiting www.cox.com/c2c, or email connectnow@cox.com.

Transitioning to Online Schooling

3/15/2020

Dear RAT families,
Due to the ongoing cases of the Coronavirus and other school closures here in Tucson, the Renaissance Academy Tucson will be moving to an online method of classes starting the Monday after spring break (3/23/20). I will be sending an email to each parent/guardian with more information on how to log in/call in for classes.
We take our students' and staff's health very seriously and make this decision with a lot of thought.
